WP Objectives

• To oversee the project on behalf of all the partners
• To co-ordinate financial and administrative matters
• To deliver the project external presence

Description of Work

• Overall legal, contractual, financial and administrative management activities, including
  • production of the contractual reports
  • obtaining audit certificates by each of the partners if required
  • compilation of the meetings organised and the reports produced by the project
• Project external presence
  • Web presence
  • presence at meetings organised by EC
  • production of dissemination information requested by EC
• Communication within the project
  • TWiki Web site (also used for external communication on the project activities) The EuroVO-ICE Twiki site was made available on 3 September 2010 and linked from the Euro-VO page.
